The following penalty fees will be applied should a guest cancel the accommodations.

Individual Bookings
1. From 2 – 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of the first night's room rate per guest
2. The day before check-in: 80% of the first night's room rate per guest
3. The day of check-in: 100% of the first night's room rate per guest

Group Bookings
1. From 8 – 14 days prior to check-in: 50% of the first night's room rate per guest
2. From 2 – 7 days prior to check-in: 80% of the first night's room rate per guest
3. The day before or the day of check-in: 100% of the first night's room rate per guest

If your child requires an additional mattress, pillow, towel, or other amenities, please count them as an adult instead of a child at the time of booking.
